yeih is a software-as-a-service platform operated by kikoship UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record for all yeih subscriptions. By subscribing to yeih, you agree to both this Refund Policy and Paddle's terms of service.
The Free plan requires no payment and is not subject to this policy.
yeih offers the following paid plans: Agent (€9/month), Active (€19/month), and Business (€69/month), available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
Monthly subscribers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under German law (§355 BGB). If you invoke this right within 14 days of subscribing, contact us at hello@yeih.ai and we will process a full refund. After the 14-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you will be downgraded to the Free plan. No further charges will be made.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, but your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@yeih.ai with your account email address and reason for the request. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we determine, in our sole discretion, that the policy is being abused — for example, repeated refund requests across billing cycles. Refunds will not be issued for account terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of yeih after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
